Being in Real Estate for over 12 years I still enjoy looking at houses as much as my clients. I started in the New Home industry working for several builders. I learned how to represent and negotiate for all the parties in the transaction so it was a win-win for all.

Now in the re-sell side I am able to use those skills to help a buyer purchase their first home; help a growing family move to a bigger house or those in down sizing to a more manageable size home.

Raising 9 children showed me I have a lot of patience - which is needed in today's market. When little issues arise you want a Realtor that is able to solve the problems and put the solutions to work.
